Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?

Yes, indeed we do!


How do I place an order on Rhodes Wedding Co.?

  • Go to “Shop” in the top navigation bar

  • Click on the product you’d like to order

  • Choose your metal and carat from the drop down menus

  • Click Checkout

  • Enter your band size

  • If you’d like your band engraved enter the inscription in the field available (10 characters max). If you wouldn’t like an inscription leave it blank.

  • Click Checkout

  • Review your order and input your billing and shipping address.

  • Enter your payment information. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Choose Place Order. *All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

What if I want a band that is not listed in the shop, something custom designed?

How do I find my ring size?

Rings can be made in any size between 3-14 (half and quarter sizes available). If you don't know your ring size or have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@RhodesWeddingCo.com.


What is your shipping policy?

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. All orders are hand carved and are made to order, please understand that it may take some time to complete and ship your piece. All orders are shipped USPS Insured First Class Registered. Please allot 1 - 3 months for all orders to be carved and shipped. All orders will be e-mailed a tracking number. Please note that international shipping can be unpredictable. Please be aware that delivery delays by the carrier (mail or other) or customs can occasionally occur and are beyond our control. Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. However, international customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Hand carving orders take some time and ALL pieces are made to order. Please allot 1 - 3 months for all orders to be carved and shipped. International shipping can be unpredictable. Please be aware that delivery delays by the carrier (mail or other) or customs can occasionally occur and are beyond our control. What is your return and exchange policy?

We stand 100% behind all of our work. Each ring is unique and has it's own hand carved marks of individuality. This is your assurance of handmade quality and your satisfaction is our goal. Because each piece is created to your specifications, your payment is non-refundable and we cannot offer an exchange. Will I be charged sales tax?

No, you will not be charged sales tax unless you're located in the state of North Carolina.


How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Yes, all transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy.


What if I ordered my ring in the wrong size?
